Objectives
- Develop educators’ knowledge of child psychology theories, principles, and practices to enhance teaching strategies and classroom management techniques.
- Provide insights into the cognitive, emotional, social, and behavioral development of children to promote holistic and inclusive teaching practices.
- Foster empathy, cultural competence, and sensitivity to diversity among educators to create inclusive and equitable learning environments for all students.
- Empower educators with skills in identifying and supporting students with diverse learning needs, including those with behavioral challenges or special needs.
